Sól is shaped by movement and transformation: through places, through memory, and through states of being. The compositions move between light and darkness, beauty and dissonance, intimacy and scale, continually shifting in form and atmosphere.

Throughout Sól, there is a tension between structure and instability. Sounds form, erode, collide and reassemble. Moments of order give way to something less certain, revealing new textures and relationships as they begin to change.

Sound is treated as something physical, as energy moving through space and through the body. Environments are constructed from texture, resonance, ambience and silence; spaces that can feel immense or impossibly close, familiar or disorienting. Sound design becomes part of the composition itself, shaping perception and creating an experience that is as physical as it is emotional.
